On the mo-fo'in 1's and 2's
yeah, not too sure if you'll be able to do that in Soundforge Tony:confused:

You can definately do it in Ableton, if it's done properly in ableton it'll be beat perfect. Send me the mp3 and i'll have a crack for ya ;)

(dont own any REM cd's i'm afraid.lol)

Cheeeeeeeaaaaaars,
Robbie :D

Tony send it to me and I'll do it for you.

I can also throw a copy of soundforge, acid and ableton your way too if you're interested? (all these can do what you're asking)

I do that sort of thing all the time as i mix using CD'z and hate to hunt the beat. So i drop each tune into Magix and pull it all into shape b4 i slap it on a cd to mix with :D that way i know the correct bpm for that tune and don't need to worry about it all going pete tong in the mix (yes i'm a lazy git when i mix.... and?)

So if ya get no joy from others that have offered to help here (but i'm sure some1 thats allready posted can sort it 4 ya) just PM me a link to down the tune and i'll bash it all into shape 4 ya ;)

Hell... if i can make Saturn Storm - Let's Get Together beat mix perfectly... i recon i could do any tune :p

LMAO!! ironic that i was drunk on vodka while givin' them a blast of my own thoughts :p

No i use an old version of magix music maker 'dance edition' from about 2000/01. It's what i started with when i converted my old Amiga 1200 to a PC to build tunes. I have looked at version 11 and 12, but tbh it does not look as good imo, nothing that seems to do anything better than i have with dance edition, but then if your used to using something it's hard to change unless your having problems in some features of what you use and tbh dance edition does all i want it to with no problems.

Glad you enjoyed the show ;)
